The activity over at Fireman’s Field is beginning to heat up in anticipation of the 2026 Fireman’s Carnival, scheduled for Wednesday July 15 through Saturday July 18.
Without a doubt, the Fireman’s Carnival and parade are among the most anticipated events of the Webster summer season. Now 89 years old, the carnival has been making memories every year for several generations of kids and adults.
This year’s carnival will be no different, with the return of the always popular beer tent, game booths, rides and live entertainment, great food, raffles and much more. There is a new bag policy, however. Only approved bags will be allowed through the gates (for details, see the flyer below).
The Carnival Facebook page will be updated regularly with event information, but here are some of the highlights:
Wednesday July 15:
- Live music in the Beer Tent by Endless Mountain Derelicts
Thursday July 16:
- Firemen’s Parade begins at 6:30 p.m. (you don’t want to miss this)
- Good Time Charlie plays in the Beer Tent
Friday July 17:
- Carnival is open 6 p.m. to midnight, ZBTB plays in the Beer Tent
Saturday July 18:
- The Kiddie Parade begins at noon on South Ave. Registration begins at 11 a.m. on Fireman’s Field in the headquarters building.
- Free raffles for kids and adults
- Knight Patrol plays in the Beer Tent
- Fireworks at midnight
And of course, games, rides and food every night. Advance sale tickets for the carnival rides are on sale now for $25, and the voucher is available for any one day of the carnival. They’re available at
- Mama Lor’s Cafe (Ridge Rd. location)
- Lala of Webster
- Schutt’s Apple Mill
- Webster Parks and Recreation
- Kittelberger Florist
- Flaherty’s Three Flags Inn (Bay Rd. location)
Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 6 to 11 p.m., Friday 6 to midnight, and Saturday noon to midnight at Fireman’s Field, on Ridge Rd. just west of the village.
You’ll also want to follow the Carnival Facebook page. for more details and regular updates.
(P.S. I won’t be here this year for the parade; if anyone wants to shoot me some photos, I’ll put them in the blog!)
